These terms govern access to and use of Argus Browser websites, software, services and related support channels.

Acceptance
By creating an account, downloading the software, purchasing a plan or using Argus Browser services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced from this page.
If you use the services on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Acceptable use
- Use the product only for lawful browser workflows on systems, content and accounts you own or are authorised to operate, including business operations, research, QA and internal automation.
- Do not use the product for fraud, credential theft, spam, malware, fake engagement, sales of traffic or engagement, account abuse, or unauthorised collection or use of personal data.
- Do not use the product to bypass access controls, platform enforcement, rate limits or other technical restrictions, or to infringe third-party intellectual property, proprietary, privacy or contractual rights.
- You are responsible for your accounts, content, workflows, data sources, destinations and compliance with third-party terms and applicable law.
Accounts, billing and refunds
You must keep account credentials secure and maintain accurate billing information. Paid services renew according to the selected plan unless cancelled.
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Enterprise or custom agreements may override these standard terms.
Card payment information is processed by Stripe and its financial partners. Argus does not directly store complete card numbers. Other payment methods are handled by the provider selected at checkout.
Service changes and limitations
We may update, suspend or discontinue features to improve security, reliability, compliance or product quality. We may restrict accounts that create operational, legal or security risk.
