Refund Policy

Paid self-service subscriptions are eligible for a refund request within 7 calendar days from the initial purchase date, unless an exception below applies.

To request a refund, email support with your account email, order ID, payment method and a short explanation. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership and payment status.

When you upgrade or downgrade a paid plan, unused time may be credited or prorated where supported by the billing system. Cash refunds for plan changes are handled case by case.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel from the billing area in the product or contact support before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period unless we state otherwise; it does not automatically refund earlier charges.

Self-service plan access is delivered digitally to the Argus account after the payment provider confirms successful payment. Download links and the free product may be available before purchase, while paid quotas and features require the relevant subscription to be active.

Prices and the purchase currency are displayed before checkout. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated or disclosed during checkout.

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method where possible. Actual arrival time depends on the payment provider, card network, bank or crypto network involved.
