This policy explains when paid Argus Browser subscriptions may be refunded and how to submit a refund request.

Last updated: 26 May 2026

7-day refund window

Paid self-service subscriptions are eligible for a refund request within 7 calendar days from the initial purchase date, unless an exception below applies.

To request a refund, email support with your account email, order ID, payment method and a short explanation. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership and payment status.

Non-refundable items

  • Custom development, private deployment, migration, onboarding or enterprise services after work has started.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service or applicable law.
  • Third-party costs, blockchain network fees, payment processing fees, chargeback fees or currency conversion losses that are outside our control.
  • Renewals where the refund request is submitted after the 7-day window.

Plan changes and renewals

When you upgrade or downgrade a paid plan, unused time may be credited or prorated where supported by the billing system. Cash refunds for plan changes are handled case by case.

You are responsible for cancelling automatic renewal before the next billing date if you do not want to continue a paid subscription.

Processing time

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method where possible. Actual arrival time depends on the payment provider, card network, bank or crypto network involved.
